Print Inspection System With Camera
It is a system that enables the quality of the printing flowing in the printing machines to be checked instantly with the photos taken.
The most important feature of the system is that, thanks to the “encoder” connected to the boiler where the printing die is located, the same location of the printed product can be displayed each time. The position displayed (forward-backward) can be changed using the detected encoder information. With the offset value to be given to the boiler value, the image can be shifted step by step each time.
The system has motorized and non-motorized models. The advantage of the motorized model is that the viewing position can be shifted to the right and left. It is a preferred model for large size prints.

- Home (starting) position can be adjusted to the desired point
The imaging process is provided by the monitor connected to the PC in the system. The system can be controlled via this PC or it can be made with a mechanical button control unit that operates in parallel and is externally connected.
The printing speed that can be displayed can be up to 1000 m/ min depending on the camera preferred in the system. Also, depending on the preferred camera, the image resolution may vary.
Various actions can be performed on the image (rotation, mirroring, etc.) with the PC or external control unit.
