It is a system that enables the quality of the printing flowing in the printing machines to be checked instantly with the photos taken.

The most important feature of the system is that, thanks to the “encoder” connected to the boiler where the printing die is located, the same location of the printed product can be displayed each time. The position displayed (forward-backward) can be changed using the detected encoder information. With the offset value to be given to the boiler value, the image can be shifted step by step each time.

The system has motorized and non-motorized models. The advantage of the motorized model is that the viewing position can be shifted to the right and left. It is a preferred model for large size prints.

The imaging process is provided by the monitor connected to the PC in the system. The system can be controlled via this PC or it can be made with a mechanical button control unit that operates in parallel and is externally connected.

The printing speed that can be displayed can be up to 1000 m/ min depending on the camera preferred in the system. Also, depending on the preferred camera, the image resolution may vary.

Various actions can be performed on the image (rotation, mirroring, etc.) with the PC or external control unit.

Cooking Machine Electronic Control System

It is a machine that provides cooking with “Sous Vide” (vacuum cooking) method. The most important feature of this method is that the temperature of the cooking environment has an accuracy of +/- 0.1 degrees and the machine can maintain it.

Thanks to the high capacity heater it has, the machine can bring the temperature of the water in the container it is placed to the desired level very quickly and very balancedly with the ‘PID’ method. It has a stirring motor for even heat distribution, which is a requirement of the Sous Vide method.

There is a counter that can be adjusted both forwards and backwards to be used during cooking.

When it reaches the desired temperature and it is set, an audible warning can be given when the countdown timer is over.

The control system has 5 mechanical buttons, 8-digit light indicators in two groups of four and 6 information LEDs.

The machine gives 5 errors and 1 warning notification:

• Water level error
• Temperature sensor error
• Heater thermal error
• Heater current error
• Mixer motor current error
• Warning during heating or cooking, which occurs if the power supply is interrupted and when the appliance is switched on again (the remaining operation is continued)

Driving of the heater and the motor is provided with semiconductor elements on the electronic equipment and no mechanical drive elements are used.

Chocolate Tempering Machine Electronic Control System

It is a machine that transforms the solid chocolate put into the boiler into a solution, and fills it into molds of the desired size with the help of a tap.

The process starts with the melting of the chocolate placed in the pot with the help of base and side heaters and mixer. The working point of the heaters is provided by an advanced PID algorithm, which is created according to the adjustable temperature value. The chocolate, which is brought to the desired temperature that will ensure fluidity, becomes able to flow from the tap thanks to the pump mechanism.

The column with the pump mechanism has two heaters to ensure the flowability of the chocolate. The working point of these heaters in the column wall and faucet part is also adjustable and is also provided by the PID method.

All units working with PID method have a sensitivity of +/- 0.1 degrees.

Heating of the column wall is provided by heating the fluid system surrounding it. There is a recirculation pump that ensures even distribution of heating – and cooling in the future.
The most outstanding feature of this machine is that it can continuously temper. The chocolate brought to the desired fluidity and temperature can be filled into molds in a tempered manner if desired.

Tempering process is provided by cooling the liquid surrounding the column wall. There is a high capacity compressor in the system for this cooling. The temperature control point is an adjustable value and is provided by the compressor and the circulation pump operating at variable times.

The electronic hardware and software that ensures the operation of the whole mechanism minimizes the time to reach the temperature control point by analyzing the heating and cooling curves.

Monitoring and management of all these processes of the machine can be provided with the control unit on it. There are two types of control units, mechanical and touch. The mechanical control unit has mechanical buttons and the touch control unit has capacitive touch buttons. Both units have a three-digit two-light indicator.

The touch control unit is located on a mirrored glass. The mirrored glass allows the control unit to be hidden when it is not running. In the operating state, the button positions are indicated with light and thanks to this illumination, only usable buttons appear and user guidance is provided.

The machine is available in three-phase and single-phase mains voltage models. Mains voltage is only binding mixer motor and pump motor.

The machine has many error detection devices. Connection errors of all temperature sensors can be detected. The connection problem and overcurrent of both motors, the main supply phase sequence and phase deficiency can be detected in the three-phase model. Working time is recorded and service time reminder can be made if desired.

Ambient scenting and odor control systems normally emit odor, whether or not there is air flow in the environment, at specified time intervals. When used with this sensor, it provides a balanced working environment by operating the system in case of air flow in the environment. 

In short, the Air Flow Sensor is a product made for the AC voltage switching of the ambient scent system.

Basic Working Algorithm:

• When the air flow sensor is plugged in, firstly, the resistance on the sensor heats up for about 1-1.5 minutes and its temperature reaches an average of 60 degrees.
• If there is air flow (circulation) in the environment, the resistance temperature drops, if it drops below the specified temperature, it gives AC output and operates the ambient odor system.
• If the ambient temperature rises above the specified temperature, the AC output turns off again.

It is a machine that provides to spray the fragrance essence to the environment in which it is located within the determined working hours and times.

Basically, it is a machine that is obliged to operate the spraying engine inside. The device, whose working and stopping times can be adjusted, has three different time zones that can be configured individually for each day, seven days a week.

There are 4 buttons and LCD screen on the electronic control system. With electronic control system;

• Password can be assigned for device control,
• Three different language options (Turkish, English, Spanish) can be selected,
• Internal real time/date can be set,
• Working times/hours/days can be entered.

In cases where operating times are long, models with fan are available to maintain the temperature inside the device.

Remote Monitoring and Control Systems

The system receives the data from remote locations over the internet, reports and generate alarms in case of critical situations. It is equipped with digital and analog inputs, relay outputs, smoke detector and optionally GSM communication module.
