In-Vehicle Kitchen Control System

Our In-Vehicle Kitchen Control System is specially designed for buses and can be used in vehicles such as caravans. In this system, the refrigerator, boiler, coffee machine, sausage cooker, lighting and water tank used in the bus can be controlled via a touch LCD screen. A very advanced PID algorithm is operated in the system architecture.

• Turkish, English and German language options are available.
• The water levels of the boiler, coffee machine and sausage cooker can be monitored on the screen and directions can be made depending on the level.
• Refrigerator can be adjusted by the user to the desired value between 0 and 10 degrees.
• Low voltage, motor failure, fan, pressure, temperature and temperature sensor connection error warnings are displayed on the screen for the refrigerator.
• The water temperature in the boiler can be adjusted to the desired value in the range of 30 to 85 degrees.
• Water filling valve is open for boiler, water level is insufficient, temperature sensor connection, thermal and resistance error warnings are displayed on the screen.
• The coffee machine can be easily managed with the guiding buttons on the touch screen.

It is a touch button system designed for use in the vehicle.

Isolated CanBus Reader

It allows the vehicle to read the CanBus data without any stubs and even without any damage (in isolation).

It works with AGDK (Intelligent Power Distribution Box) unit. Fault controls can be seen with light over AGDK.

The isolated Canbus Reader takes information over the Can line without contact and transfers information to the Canbus Speed Converter and Canbus Clock Display in the vehicle. Thanks to this information transfer, the following normal working conditions occur:

Canbus Speed Converter: Gets speed information by the Isolated Canbus Reader. It transfers speed information to the following 2 units. Normal working conditions resulting from the transfer:

• Door System: The door should be closed when the speed of 5km/h is reached under normal operating conditions. When the ignition is turned on, the door system gives an alarm if it does not see the speed information.
• Recovery Cover Control Module: Recovery Cover Control Module should close automatically when the specified speed value is reached.

Canbus Clock Display: Receives time, date and temperature information by Isolated Canbus Reader. The same information with the time, date and temperature information found on the on the digital front panel of the vehicle should be displayed by the CanBus Clock Display.

CanBus Speed Converter

It transmits the speed information coming from the CanBus line in the vehicle as a pulse and transmits it to the relevant units. The Canbus Speed Converter can transmit speed information to the Door System and the Recovery Cover Control Unit.

Smart Power Distribution Box in the vehicle Door System, Step System, Heater with fan, Camera Control Unit, Tachograph, Stop Lamp, Vehicle Recognition System, Rescue Cover Control Unit, Profile Lighting (Blue, 30% White and 100% White), Step Lighting, Canbus Clock Display, Canbus Speed Converter, Isolated Canbus Reader and NVR systems provide power to work.

It works with Door and Step System, Stop Lamp, Recovery Cover Control Module, Door Mode Lighting, Heater with fan, Heater Solenoid, Blue and White Lighting Touch Buttons.

The exemplary working algorithm of the related hardware is as follows.

a) Door and Step System Button 

The door is opened as a result of the 1st touch on the passive button, and the step is opened at the same time. The LED on the button lights up. As a result of the 2nd touch on the button, the door closes and at the same time the step closes. The LED on the button goes out. It gives alarm in case of over current.

b) Profile Lighting Button

There are 3 different touch buttons for Profile Lighting Control. The contact must be open for Profile Lighting to work.

• White illumination button: As a result of the 1st touch on the button that is inactive, 30% white illumination and the related LED on the button will light up. As a result of the second touch, 100% illumination turns on. The corresponding LED on the button lights up. White lighting turns off as a result of the third touch. The corresponding LED on the button goes out.
• Blue illumination button: As a result of the 1st touch on the button that is inactive, blue illumination lights up. The LED on the button lights up. Blue light turns off as a result of the second touch. The LED on the button goes out.
• Door mode illumination button: As a result of the 1st touch on the button, illumination is activated with door mode. If this button is active, when the door is opened, the last type of lighting that was previously opened (30% White- 100% White-Blue) is kept in memory and that lighting turns on. Illumination turns off when the door is closed. In the second touch, the door mode turns off. When the button is pressed for the first time, the mode change takes place if the led is not passive (Direct powered or Door). For this button to work, any illumination button must be on.

c) Heater Button

Solenoid hardware becomes active as a result of the first touch on the button that is inactive, and the related LED on the button lights up. After the 2nd touch, the fan is activated. The corresponding LED on the button lights up. At this stage, both the solenoid and the fan are running in the vehicle. As a result of the 3rd touch, the fan and solenoid are turned off, the LED on the button turns off. The contact must be open for the Heater with fan  to operate.

d) Stop Lamp Button

The stop lamp hardware is activated as a result of the 1st touch on the button that is inactive. The corresponding LED on the button lights up. As a result of the 2nd touch, the stop lamp hardware becomes passive and the related LED on the button goes out. The ignition must be on for the Stop Lamp to work.
